I would like to clarify that sites mentioned here are not necessary scams, but I will try to put up info that I think will be useful to PTC members. In this case, I have just put up their TOS which had additional conditions for standard members when it comes to payment.

EgyptianClicks : They have restored my account - "we have suspected a hack attempt in Egyptian Clicks and have taken strong steps to prevent further problems. So, we had to do a rollback from a backup that is 7 days old. If you had placed ads, they may not be in your ad stats, but your credits should be in your accounts as they were 7 days ago. If you had purchased in that time frame, do not worry, you will not lose anything."

This is a list of known scams that I have managed to compile and is definitely not exhaustive. There are other sites, especially new ones, that may not have revealed their 'true colors' yet. So, be careful with them. And even paying sites can suddenly become non-paying sites.

As a general warning:
1. PTC/PTR sites that pay high amounts per click or high payouts would not be sustainable and most likely be scams. Which advertiser would be willing to pay $1 or more per click or email?

2. Be careful with sites on free hosting. If the owner can't afford a site, how can he pay you.

3. Scripts that are free or are easily hacked.

The scam sites are listed in Alphabetical Order, starting with Numbers, and then Letters. In the brackets, I tried to indicate the source and not sustainable means that it is not possible for the site to pay the high amounts of money they promise.
