Microworkers : This is not a PTC site, but it pays people for doing small tasks. One of them is to pay people for clicking at Google Ads. This is definitely not allowed by Google.
Rules Broken : 1. Having Google Ads at Sites related to PTC, or PTC and whatever of PTC
2. asking members to click ads. and even paying them for that.
